What does “Shipping” means?

“Shipping” means that your order is being processed aka we’re already packing and preparing your order to be shipped out!

What does “Shipped” means?

“Shipped” means that your order has been picked up by the courier and is out for delivery.

What courier do you use?

For Metro Manila and nearby provinces deliveries, we use our personal courier.

For Provincial deliveries, we only use LBC.

Can I combine the shipment of my orders?

Yes, you can combine the shipment of your orders provided that (1) the total number of items will not exceed two items; (2) the items have the same ETA; and (3) the items are from the same country of origin. It will also depend on the weight of the items that you're going to combine.

We can't combine the shipment of a pre-order item with an on-hand item.

Please take note that if you check out items with different ETAs, we will automatically split your order as we can't do combined shipping for those items. Separate shipping costs shall apply.

Can I change my delivery/shipping details?

Yes. Kindly message us if you wish to amend your shipping details. However, kindly take note that you must inform us before we change your delivery status to "Shipping". Failure to inform us will not make us liable for incorrect shipping details. In case that the item was returned to us, you shall shoulder the shipping fee.

My package got Return to Sender (RTS), what should I do?

We will charge another shipping fee before we ship your package. Please be reminded that it will take weeks, sometimes months, before we receive your package. We will only ship it once the following conditions are fulfilled: (i) the package is already with us, and (ii) you have already settled another shipping fee.
